Maurice Casey

Maurice is a family lawyer and has over 20 years experience providing advice and representation in matters involving care issues and relationship property.

He has been appointed as Lawyer for the Child for over 10 years and has been appointed as Lawyer to assist the Court with regards to difficult and specialised matters before the court.

Maurice has a wide breadth of experience involving relationship property matters, Family protections claims, care of children, relocation, Hague convention proceedings, Mental Health Law and Elder Welfare Law.

Maurice’s approach is pragmatic.  He takes the view that mediation remains the best tool for reaching an agreement between parties in dispute.
