Rebecca Smith

Rebecca is an employed Resolution Practitioner with Fair Way. She works as an ACC Reviewer and Conciliator. She is an accredited Family Dispute Resolution practitioner, has been appointed as an Arbitrator for Ministry of Education s47 appeals, and undertakes work for the commercial team. Rebecca was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2000. Prior to joining Fair Way in 2017, she worked in both private practice and government roles in New Zealand and the UK assisting vulnerable people. She has the skills and experience to help people move through conflict to a resolution.
