We have over 200 staff and contractors throughout the country, with offices in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch. Our staff are highly qualified professionals, such as trained mediators and adjudicators, along with a strong team of client-focused Resolution Coordinators amongst many others. We also have experienced practitioners specialising in conflict management prevention and skill development.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of all parties in a dispute. Privacy is a priority in our business and we have robust systems in place to ensure that consumers' privacy is protected.

We respect cultural needs

Some of our people are well-versed in tikanga Māori and can conduct meetings in te reo Māori and in Pacific Island languages. We routinely provide support and translation services.
