Fair Way manages the Telecommunications Dispute Resolution (TDR) service on behalf of the New Zealand Telecommunications Forum (TCF). The TDR Scheme offers an impartial dispute resolution option when consumers believe their complaints against telecommunications companies have been unjustifiably rejected. Fair Way operates the Financial Dispute Resolution Service (FDRS), which is an independent dispute resolution scheme for consumers and financial service providers to use when they are unable to resolve a dispute.
