Board of Directors

Fair Way’s Board of Directors are charged with determining Fair Way’s strategic vision and overseeing the performance of the company.

Senior Management

Our Senior Management Team, led by our Chief Executive, are responsible for planning, leading and managing the day-to-day business of Fair Way across the country.

Heads of Services & Managers

Our Heads of services and managers lead the delivery of Fair Way’s services and are responsible for building the business through client relationships and innovative service.

Resolution Practitioners

Fair Way has a team of dispute resolution practitioners located throughout the country. Our resolution practitioners (which includes reviewers, facilitators, mediators, conciliators, adjudicators, arbitrators and voice of child specialists) are fully accredited in their relevant field.

We also have a large team of customer-focused Resolution Coordinators who provide empathetic interaction with customers throughout the dispute resolution process.
