Our Senior Management Team, led by our Chief Executive, are responsible for planning, leading and managing the day-to-day business of FairWay across the country.

Client Directors

Our Client Directors lead the delivery of FairWay’s services and are responsible for building the business through client relationships and innovative service.

Resolution Practitioners

FairWay has a team dispute resolution practitioners located throughout the country. Our resolution practitioners (which includes reviewers, facilitators, mediators, conciliators, adjudicators, and arbitrators) are fully accredited in their relevant field.

We also have a large team of customer-focused Resolution Coordinators who provide empathetic interaction with customers throughout the dispute resolution process.
