Daniel is a Client Delivery Manager for ACC Services at Fair Way and is based in Auckland.

As part of this role, Daniel manages the delivery of ACC review and dispute resolution services in the upper North Island. He leads a team of passionate Resolution Coordinators and Resolution Practitioners and is focused on building team engagement through collaboration and utilising the strengths of team members.

Moving to New Zealand in 2013, Daniel completed a Master’s of Business with a focus on International Business. He lectured at AUT in cross-cultural management, management and business strategy.

Daniel has a background in dispute resolution, having worked as an employee relations and law practitioner for 25 years. He has advised and represented both employers and employees in collective bargaining and dispute resolution processes such as conciliations, mediations, arbitrations and the Industrial Court.

He has held several executive and governance roles in the private financial and healthcare sectors.  Daniel has served as a non-executive Director on the Board of a private retirement fund and chaired an ill-health and disability sub-committee. He also served as Deputy Chair on the Board of a private health insurance fund.

A career highlight of Daniel’s was being an advisor to the South African delegation at the International Labour Conference in 2009 where government, employers’ and workers’ delegates from the International Labour Organisation’s member states unanimously adopted a "Global Jobs Pact" in response to the global financial crisis.
