David Hosking QSM

David has over 20 years experience as a commercial mediator.  David’s expertise is in the area of resolving commercial business disputes, farming, sharemilking and rural disputes.  David has also been involved with resolving relationship property disputes and believes that these along with disputes relating to wills and estates are best addressed at mediation rather than through lengthy and costly Court procedures where intimate family details are often disclosed.

As an experienced negotiator, David brings excellent communication skills to the table.  David is a panel member of AMINZ’s list of recommended rural dispute resolution professionals and he sits on AMINZ’s complaints committee.  In addition to his mediation work, David runs a business consultancy practice advising corporates on a range of issues.  David has a strong commitment to community service.
