Family dispute resolution (FDR)

Tiffany is currently employed at Aspiring Law, located in Wanaka, as a Family Lawyer.  She has a Bachelor of Law, International Relations and Diploma of Languages in Japanese (La Trobe University, Melbourne). She has been practising family law since her admission, in Melbourne, where her main focus of practice has been parenting disputes (including child care and contact, relocation and guardianship issues), pre and post nuptial agreements and property division settlements.   Tiffany soon discovered that her real interest and passion was for mediation rather than litigation, and completed a Graduate Diploma of Family Dispute Resolution Practice in Melbourne in 2019.  She became accredited as a Family Law Mediator by NZLS (New Zealand Law Society) in 2021, is also a member of the New Zealand Family Law Section and is an approved Family Law Legal Aid Provider.

Tiffany grew up on a dairy farm south of Melbourne in Victoria, Australia, and started riding horses when she was 18 months old.  She fell in love with Wanaka after her first trip to New Zealand in 2019 and relocated there shortly after and now practices all over the Central Otago district.
