How workplace coaching works

Fair Way's Employee Liaison Service (ELS) practitioners are there for you and are independent from your organisation. No personal details are shared with your employer.

2. Arrange an appointment

A team member will chat to you about the workplace coaching service and answer any questions that you might have.

We will also ask you for some basic information about you and the issue you are dealing with.

We will then arrange an appointment for you with an independent practitioner, experienced in conflict resolution.

3. Coaching session

Our approach is to empower you to take the next steps you need. We support you to resolve work-related issues by having a conversation, providing feedback and equipping you to make decisions.

If you would like to speak with us again, we can arrange follow up sessions.

After you speak to us, you can decide what next step to take, knowing you are informed and better prepared.
