The FairWay Resolution Anne Scragg Scholarship has been established by FairWay Resolution Limited (FairWay) this year (2015) to celebrate Anne Scragg’s career in dispute resolution, and to ensure her unwavering commitment to innovation and excellence continues as her legacy to FairWay and to the dispute resolution profession. The scholarship is a cash contribution of up to $10,000 towards continuing professional development in the area of dispute resolution either in New Zealand or overseas.
