Our Chairman and Chief Executive are committed to supporting the Fair Way Health and Safety Charter, including by ensuring every employee has a copy of the Charter and is encouraged to be actively involved in Health and Safety.
Our Customer Service Charter sets out clearly and simply the standards of service that customers can expect from us. It also tells you what you need to know so you can help us to help you, and explains how you can give us feedback on any aspect of our service.
Fair Way supports the Children’s Action Plan implemented under the Vulnerable Children Act 2014 and that Fair Way supplies children’s services as defined by s 15(1) through its Family Dispute Resolution Service.
