The Reviewers' Training Manual is an initial training document provided to FairWay reviewers as part of induction. It provides a high level overview of the review process and the content is taken from the Accident Compensation Act 2001. The manual is guidance only and should not be read or relied upon as legal advice.

Reviewers’ Benchbook

FairWay has recently been in contact with the Office of the Ombudsman regarding the document known as the “Reviewers’ Benchbook” (“Benchbook”). This is now being released under the Official Information Act 1982.
