The bubbles are back! Those first few days of working from home last week were a novelty for many. However, with the lockdown looking likely to extend, people may start to find the experience more challenging.

For people leaders, managing teams remotely can be a big shift. It requires you to be much more intentional in your approach to checking in on your people, as you don’t have the same opportunities to informally check in with the team as you do in an office environment.
