Amanda Munting-Kilworth

Amanda Munting-Kilworth is a practicing lawyer in Nelson. She became an accredited mediator in 2022. She specialises in family matters, relationship property and employment issues.

Amanda has extensive employment and family law experience with over 20 years’ practice initially in general practice and in her specialist fields. In early 2019 Amanda and her business partner established their niche legal practice in Nelson. She is a strong advocate of mediation in her legal practice.

As an employment lawyer, Amanda provides advice to both employers and employees in a wide range of employment issues. Her family law practice is primarily around care of children disputes, division of relationship property and family violence.

Amanda enjoys using her skills and knowledge to assist people in finding practical and enduring solutions.

Amanda is a member of NZLS, on the mediation panel of AMINZ, a member of AWI (Association of Workplace Investigators) and a trustee of the Nelson Marlborough Rescue Helicopter Trust. She is a mother to 3 adult children.
