Talk to us

We do our best to make the process as easy as possible for everyone to participate. If you have any special requirements, please let your Resolution Coordinator know as soon as possible so we can make suitable arrangements.

Ways we can support you include:

  • providing relay or interpreter services
  • meeting religious requirements
  • recommending suitable venues to meet mobility needs
  • conducting the hearings or meetings in ways that support vision or hearing issues.

Cultural support

  • For Māori

Fair Way is committed to meeting the needs of tangata whenua. We can design a conciliation or review process that respects your needs and recognises te ao Māori.

    For example, we can:

    • arrange a cultural advisor to attend and support the process
    • provide language support services, such as interpreters
    • adopt a tikanga-based approach to conciliation.
  • For Pacific peoples

Fair Way recognises the special relationship of Pasifika peoples to New Zealand. We can provide culturally appropriate options to meet your needs.

    For example, we can:

    • arrange for family and elder support
    • have someone versed in Pasifika protocol attend
    • provide language support services, such as interpreters.
