Ethan Tauevihi-Kahika

Ethan is a Kaiārahi – Family Court Navigator and an accredited Family Dispute Resolution mediator. He also has experience working in the Mental Health industry and facilitating group work.

Ethan’s approach to mediation is people are experts in their own lives and how can you come to an agreement that you can live with. He has a passion for whānau coming up with agreements themselves and ironically not going to the family court if they don’t need to be there.

Ethan is passionate about supporting our rangatahi, he has experience working as a Youthline phone counsellor and a Youthline training facilitator. Ethan currently sits on the board of Volunteering New Zealand and has a particular interesting in equitable outcomes for Māori and Pasifika people.
