I am a resolution practitioner, coach and facilitator. I have worked as a coach and trainer for the past decade. My background working in criminal law, ACC and mental health, as well as working as a coach has provided me with experience working with a wide range of people in a myriad of circumstances and situations. My work experience encourages me to hold in high regard the values of curiosity and openness and I bring these values to to work that I do.

My approach to dispute resolution, coaching and facilitation is built upon my study of nonviolent and needs-based communication. I am trained in trauma-informed coaching and bring this into the work that I do. My passion is to support people to be able to express themselves and to experience being heard in their experience.

I hold an LLB/ BA from Victoria University. I was awarded Most Promising Up and Coming Junior Barrister by the Wellington Crininal Bar Association . I have completed a year study with Gabor Mate in Compassionate Inquiry (a trauma-informed coaching approach). I am a graduate of the Needs-Based Coaching Institute and an accredited mediator (I hold professional membership) with Resolution Institute.

In addition, I teach mindfulness and am a yoga and meditation teacher. On the weekends you most often find me getting out into nature for long walks or bike rides.
