Jeanie Robinson

Jeanie is the Operational Manager for Commercial Services at Fair Way and is based in Wellington.

As Manager for commercial services, Jeanie is responsible for a portfolio of services including Fair Way’s building and construction, commercial and private, financial, education, telecommunications and workplace dispute resolution services. Jeanie also leads our client engagement, and enjoys building relationships to better understand their complaint and conflict needs.

As Operational Manager Commercial Services, Jeanie is responsible for building a high-performance team, innovation and enhancing the client experience and service excellence. She is also responsible for the operational success of her team, which contributes to the overall success of Fair Way. Jeanie supports a diverse group of dispute resolution professionals to ensure the delivery of services to all Fair Way clients.

Jeanie says she is most passionate about leadership and helping her team achieve exceptional results. She encourages coaching and mentoring and with a background in change management. Jeanie drives continuous improvement initiatives across our organisation.

Her areas of particular expertise include the review and improvement of service processes and systems, effective financial management, good resource utilisation and people leadership manages the delivery of our services with a strong focus on quality and customer service. 

Before joining Fair Way in 2016 as a Service Delivery Manager, Jeanie held leadership roles at the Ministry of Social Development and the Accident Compensation Corporation including operational management, relationship management and project management positions. She also has experience in case management, technical advisory roles and as a clinical advisor.

Jeanie is an alumni of Leadership New Zealand, has completed the foundation and practitioner Change Management courses, and was previously a registered general nurse
