Jeff Dougal

Jeff is a mediator and employment relations consultant in the northern part of NZ (Northland, Auckland, Bay of Plenty and Waikato regions). He is an accredited professional member of the Resolution Institute (Australasia) and the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand.

Jeff has over 25 years experience in human resources management in NZ and Australia. He was Head of Human Resources in three large organisations from 1998 - 2015. Since early 2015 he has specialised in employment mediation, dispute resolution, conflict resolution, employment investigations and management coaching. Jeff also provides consultancy services in organisational development, business reorganisation and change management. Jeff’s senior human resources experience enables him to be particularly effective in workplace disputes - specifically in enabling people to resolve conflict and/or difficult relationships (e.g. between senior managers, disputes between staff members and between staff and management). Jeff also works as a management-leadership coach.
