Jeremy Sutton

Jeremy is a senior family lawyer with over 25 years’ experience assisting clients in matters involving relationship property and care of children.

Jeremy is an advocate for the wellbeing of children and was privileged to be appointed a Lawyer for Child in 2009, which is a lawyer appointed by the Court to act for children and young people in difficult cases.

Jeremy brings a wealth of experience in issues involving relationship property settlements, wills and estates, contracting out agreements (prenups), and the custody and care of children, including Hague Convention matters.

He takes a takes a practical approach to solving issues and is an advocate for reaching agreement through negotiation.
