Kimberley holds Professional Membership with the Resolution Institute of NZ.  She is an accredited facilitator in non-violence and safety programmes for both children and adults and is an accredited post-suicide facilitator. She brings her understanding of unique family dynamics to the space of Family Dispute Resolution and to the Voice of the Child.
Kimberley spent 11 years with the NZ Police as a Youth Aid Officer, Family Violence Coordinator and is a trained Police Negotiator. She spent several years working in Kaupapa Māori Social Services which aligns with her service and recognition to her whakapapa.

As the mother of a neurodivergent child herself, she has an affinity in working with neurodivergent children and adults, supporting those with Specific Learning Needs such as Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia and Dysgraphia. She works with tools to support empowering the voice of each unique member involved in the mediation process.
