Louise Guest

Louise is an experienced Investigator and Mediator. She completed studies in Counselling and Mediation in 2006 and has facilitated dispute resolution processes and mediation in a range of settings since.

Louise has been specialising in Workplace Investigations since 2019 and has completed numerous investigations, both small and large scale, reporting to executive teams in New Zealand and overseas. Prior to specialising in Workplace Investigations, Louise investigated serious crime as a Detective with the NZ Police.

Louise has a friendly and unassuming approach to all practice. She plans investigation and mediation processes that consider the individuals involved to help things to go smoothly and those involved feel as comfortable and empowered as possible.

Louise has a deep knowledge and understanding of the complexities of family and workplace conflicts. She is passionate about alternate dispute resolution processes, such as mediation, to assist parties to resolve conflict and move forward peacefully. Louise empathises with parties involved and truly values their experience, ideas and views.

When not focusing on work, Louise enjoys relaxing at the beach and spending time with family.
