Martha Kelly is owner and service provider for Smootherz Ltd, offering conflict and dispute services in Gisborne and also nationwide by phone or video-conferencing.
Martha is an experienced mediator and has been accredited with The Resolution Institute since 2009. She has also been an accredited Family Dispute Resolution provider for Fair Way Resolution since 2014 and continues to provide this service. She is an advanced trained family mediator, trained conflict coach, provides conflict and dispute services for business and workplace, and is a Voice of Child Specialist.
Being qualified in counselling theory (Massey University) and having a strong business management background brings added dimensions to her conflict and dispute work.
