Phillippa is an Accredited Mediator, and a highly respected Fellow of the Resolution Institute.
She has been a Family Dispute practitioner since its inception by the Family Court in 2014. Her insight and field experience are called upon from time to time by the Christchurch Mediator and Restorative Justice Interest Group.
She has considerable mediation experience in Human Resources, in which she has delivered best systems and high-performance practice for 30 years.
Her further qualifications in Addiction Counselling, Counselling, Psychological Type testing, and her sought after life-coaching skills, all support her insightful work in Mediation.
Phillippa is a strong proponent of supervision, recognizing it as an essential component in the Employee Assistance work she has delivered over twenty years. Currently a professional supervisor, with a specialist focus on mental health and addiction service areas, she incorporates her own regular supervision.
Of necessity, she has also undertaken course work in Domestic Violence and Coercive Control, which further provides insights, and compassionate appreciation, for those dealing with the sensitive remedial work involved inside Family Dispute Resolution.
She is a recognised mentor at Business Mentors NZ, for over 20 years, and is the current District 16 Chair of ZONTA Says no to Violence, coordinating the nationwide Say NO to Violence campaign.
