Randy Buckley is an experienced litigator who has shifted his focus to dispute resolution, with a deep commitment to helping families, businesses, and communities navigate conflict with clarity and care. As the founder of 'FairPath Resolution', Randy draws on over a decade of legal experience and brings a practical, compassionate approach to resolving what can often seem like intractable problems.

Randy creates safe, structured environments—both online and in person—where people can communicate constructively. He is known for his calm presence and skill in de-escalating high-conflict situations. Clients value his thoughtful preparation, ethical clarity, and strong belief in alternatives to litigation as a path to lasting, workable agreements. He supports clients in areas including parenting arrangements, succession planning, family separation, partnership agreements, and workplace conflict, always with discretion and respect.

Originally from Canada and later the UK, Randy is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales with extensive experience in complex disputes involving children, finances, property, and civil matters. His background in education and governance informs his community work—most recently, developing a student-led mediation programme in Taranaki. An Associate of AMINZ, he is committed to inclusive, culturally responsive practice and continues to grow his understanding of tikanga Māori in mediation.
