For the past 16+ years Rosemarie has worked predominantly as a mediator, facilitator, conflict coach, and dispute resolution trainer in all areas of disputes, though more so the family type of disputes (FDR, relationship property, elder issues, trust and estates).  Other areas of dispute resolution that Rosemarie has experience in are business and commercial, Christian, and workplace disputes. 

Rosemarie is an experienced mediator and has been accredited as a Mediator since 2006, was an FDRP in Australia from 2008 to 2021, and has been an FDR Provider in New Zealand since 2014.

Rosemarie has extensive experience working with Family Businesses for the past 14+ years, and as a Chartered Accountant for 30+ years working as an accountant and or in senior roles within organisations across a broad range of industries (Big 4 Chartered Accountants, other accounting practices, Local and Central Government, Manufacturing (including food), Retail, Service Industry and Not for Profits) in New Zealand and Australia.
