As a Voice of the Child practitioner at Fair Way, Ruby is dedicated to ensuring young people feel heard, respected, and empowered to share their experiences in a way that feels safe and authentic. She holds a Counselling degree and works across high schools and intermediate schools, supporting youth to express their views with confidence and clarity.

Ruby is passionate about empowering young people to find and use their voice. She creates a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where children and young people can speak freely, knowing they will be listened to with care and understanding. Her approach is centred on building trust, emotional safety, and connection.
