Te Reo Hau

Kia Ora, Te Reo Hau toku ingoa.  I have a Bachelors degree in Environmental Management and Hapu development, a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Dispute Resolution) and a Masters Degree in Business Studies (merit in Management) through Massey University.  I am certified trained in Mediation through AMINZ (Arbitrators & Mediators Institute of NZ), MAADRO (Maori Allied Dispute Resolution Organization) and the Dispute Resolution Centre, (Santa Monica, California, USA).

My approach to mediation is one of inclusiveness and fairness.  I have experience in working with Whanau and navigating both the Family Court and the Maori Land Court. I believe that whakapapa is a key concept in restoring relationships that have been damaged.

My greatest achievement are my children and grandchildren – They are the future….
