Victoria Farry

Victoria is a registered social worker with over twenty years’ experience across health, refugee, humanitarian, and historic abuse sectors. She provides external supervision for social workers and, for the past two years, has supported adult survivors of childhood abuse through their redress process. She has extensive experience working with former refugees and is skilled in working with interpreters.

Victoria is warm and empathetic, with a trauma-informed approach. She understands that families are complex, and she works in an accepting and respectful way. She aims to listen with care and understanding as she supports children to express their views. 

Victoria is a mother of three teenagers, which gives her valuable insight into children and young people; both the challenges they face and their unique strengths.
