Pip is a qualified therapeutic social worker with Presbyterian Support Upper South Island, where she works within the Family Works team to support tamariki, rangatahi and their whānau in building safe, resilient, and connected lives. Her approach is strengths-based and evidence-informed, with a strong focus on fostering meaningful relationships and positive outcomes.

Alongside her professional journey, raising three children has deepened her empathy and practical insight into the complexities many families face.

Pip holds a Bachelor of Social Work with Honours and a Postgraduate Certificate in Counselling Studies from the University of Canterbury. She is committed to ongoing learning and regularly contributes to the sector through guest lecturing and collaborative work with schools and community partners.

Known for her integrity, warmth and clear communication, Pip thrives in both independent and team-based settings. She brings heart to her practice and believes deeply in people’s potential to grow, heal, and thrive when offered the right support.
