Tash is workplace mediator and HR consultant based in Canterbury,  accredited through the NZ Resolution Institute. Her background is in Employment Relations, with over nine years of experience supporting people and organisations through change, conflict, and complex workplace issues. She takes a calm and respectful approach to mediation, creating space for open and constructive kōrero. Relationships, fairness, and integrity guide her work. She aims to support outcomes that feel balanced, practical, and grounded in the reality of each situation, helping people move forward with clarity and mutual respect.

She has worked across a range of sectors including an iwi organisation, the public sector within education and the Department of Corrections, agriculture, retail, and professional services. Her work has centered on supporting people through conflict, change, and workplace challenges with a strong focus on employment relations, investigations, and leadership support. Tash brings a values led approach to both HR and mediation, grounded in fairness, respect. She understands the pressures people can face in the workplace and aims to create a safe, balanced space where issues can be worked through with dignity and practical resolution.

She is passionate about travel and exploring new cultures. Being in different environments has taught Tash to listen first, adapt, and understand where people are coming from, skills that naturally flow into how she supports people at work. Outside of her practice, she enjoys hiking and getting out into nature, and values spending quality time with her family and friends.
