Amanda Edmonds

Based in Christchurch, Amanda is a legally trained dispute resolution practitioner, licensed investigator, accredited mediator, and conflict coach with over 15 years’ experience across the public sector in Aotearoa New Zealand and the UK.

Her background includes investigations with the Legal Ombudsman UK and leading the Department of Conservation’s Speak Up programme, supporting staff and leaders through sensitive workplace concerns, conflict, and challenging organisational dynamics. 

Amanda works across telecommunications and financial dispute resolution adjudication, workplace investigations, and kāpehu coaching. She is known for building trust quickly in sensitive situations, asking difficult questions with care and clarity, and balancing procedural rigour with practical, people-focused resolution.

Amanda’s broader experience includes organisational systems improvement, Inclusion and Diversity leadership, and Speak Up system design and leadership within the public sector.
