Jayne is a Registered Clinical Social Worker bringing a dual lens to Family Dispute Resolution: an academic foundation in education and human development and mental health combined with over 25 years of specialist clinical experience across New Zealand and UK Court systems. She is uniquely qualified to bridge the gap between children’s lived experiences and adult decision-making.

Jayne creates instant, predictable safety for children navigating high-conflict whānau dynamics. Her current practice includes conducting critical mental health assessments for the Youth Court and rigorous foster carer evaluations. These high-stakes roles have refined her ability to connect confidently and sensitively with vulnerable young people at pivotal moments in their lives.

Jayne’s practice is culturally responsive, deeply compassionate, strengths-based, and child-focused. By accurately, respectfully, and powerfully translating a child's true feelings and fears back to parents and mediators, Jayne ensures that tamariki feel genuinely seen and heard, paving the way for sustainable, child-centered outcomes.

Alongside her practice, Jayne teaches, supervises, and assesses newly qualified Social Workers engaged in PostGrad Mental Health Education through Te Whatu Ora | Health NZ.
