Isabel is an accredited mediator and has provided mediation in education, health and community sectors. Her work as a counsellor provides insight for her practice as a mediator.

Isabel has an in-depth understanding of the psychology of conflict, the effect of conflict and disputes resolution. Isabel’s empathic style and curiosity of the narrative of the conflict provides parties with the confidential and neutral space for the underlying issues to surface and for an exploration of options to occur. She has extensive experience in health sector from critical incident debrief to change management processes.

Isabel is a mediator accredited through AMINZ with over 30 years of experience being with people. Isabel has a career background in recruitment, human resources, and quality assurance in health. Isabel provides workplace and education mediations for Fair Way, as well as Kāpephu coaching and Preparation for meditation for the commercial team.

Isabel also works with the Fair Way family mediation team as a voice of the child specialist.
