Fair Way is proud to be a supplier of this important mediation service that will help separated families resolve their parenting arrangements without needing to go to court. We strongly support the government’s aim to help families settle their own disputes out of court as it will result in better outcomes for parents and their children.

Fair Way Resolution Limited (Fair Way) shareholding Minister, Judith Collins, has announced the appointment of two new directors of the Crown-owned company*. The directors are Mr Daniel Nakhle and Mr Mark Sandelin.

"Fair Way is at a crucial stage of development seeking to broaden its business base for its conflict management services, " says Ms Collins.

"With this wider strategy in mind, the appointment of Mr Nakhle and Mr Sandelin will add significant value to Fair Way's competitive position.

Fair Way Resolution has announced that ex-mayor of Kapiti Coast District Council - Jenny Rowan, has joined the Crown-owned company* as Business Director - Local Government & Environment.

Fair Way Resolution launched its dynamic case management system for staff earlier this week after a year of development with its technology partner, Resolve. A portal offering ACC review applicants, their representatives and ACC staff access to the case management system will be made available in the New Year.
