Fair Way Resolution Limited (Fair Way) shareholding Minister, Judith Collins, has announced the appointment of two new directors of the Crown-owned company*. The directors are Mr Daniel Nakhle and Mr Mark Sandelin.

"Fair Way is at a crucial stage of development seeking to broaden its business base for its conflict management services, " says Ms Collins.

"With this wider strategy in mind, the appointment of Mr Nakhle and Mr Sandelin will add significant value to Fair Way's competitive position.

Fair Way Resolution has announced that ex-mayor of Kapiti Coast District Council - Jenny Rowan, has joined the Crown-owned company* as Business Director - Local Government & Environment.

Fair Way Resolution launched its dynamic case management system for staff earlier this week after a year of development with its technology partner, Resolve. A portal offering ACC review applicants, their representatives and ACC staff access to the case management system will be made available in the New Year.

Fair Way (formerly DRSL) has won a New Zealand Business Excellence Foundation (NZBEF) Achievement award. The NZBEF awards are the only awards in New Zealand which are fully aligned to the internationally respected US Baldrige criteria.

Fair Way (formerly DRSL) has won the Most Improved in the Small-Medium sized organisation category of the JRA Best Workplaces 2011 awards.The award is in recognition of Fair Way having the greatest improvement in its overall JRA score from 2010 to 2011.
